Dianthus Tiny Rubies

Dianthus ‘Tiny Rubies’ Border Pinks are often used as border edging, in rock and alpine gardens. Butterflies are attracted to Pinks. The blue-green grass-like low mound is almost evergreen. To encourage continued blooming, it has to be deadheaded. Prune in the fall. It blossoms in June in Calgary.It is Drought Tolerant, and is often used in container and in fairy gardens. The small flower is fragrant. It attracts to bees, butterflies and birds.
