Pink Potential July 2013[/caption] When I was first planning the garden, I had placed perennials of similar colours together. I later decided I needed to add more contrasts so Pink Potential has perennials with white, blue and purple blossoms too. I got used to the original garden bed names and kept them out of convenience. This bed is along an East-West sidewalk to the east of a large old blue spruce tree. The fence divides it from the Country Lane in the City outside-the-fence garden bed which borders the City laneway. The soil is not the best but drainage is good.
